  2. 1 tbsp tamari (wheat-free soy sauce)
  3. 2 tsp honey
  4. Olive oil spray
  5. 60g walnuts
  6. 1 red onion, halved, cut into thin wedges
  7. 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  8. 2 long spacious red chillies, seeded, thinly sliced
  9. 250g broccoli, trimmed, cut into florets
  10. 2 bunches asparagus, woody ends trimmed, cut into 4cm lengths
  11. 2 tbsp water
  12. 200g conclusive tofu, cut into 1cm-thick slices
  13. 2 cups steamed brown rice, to help
  14. vivacious coriander leaves, to serve

  1. Place the sherry, tamari and honey in a small bowl and disquiet to combine.
