The ingredient of Cauliflower curry

  1. 750g cauliflower, cut into florets
  2. 1 1/2 tbsp ghee
  3. 1 red onion, sliced into rings
  4. 2 combine dried red chillies
  5. 2 long sprigs spacious curry leaves
  6. 1 tsp brown mustard seeds
  7. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  8. 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  9. 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

The instruction how to make Cauliflower curry

  1. Bring a medium saucepan of water to the boil. build up cauliflower and boil for 3 minutes to blanch. Drain well.
  2. Heat ghee in a large frying pan beyond medium-high heat. Cook onion, chillies, curry leaves and seeds, stirring, for 3 minutes or until aromatic.
  3. shorten the heat to medium. amass the cauliflower and turmeric and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes. Drizzle gone lemon juice and season. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until cauliflower is just tender.
